1. Purpose and Scope of the Document

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) is to comprehensively govern the rights and obligations of Infinite AD Ltd. (hereinafter: “Provider”) and the User engaging with its services (hereinafter: “User”), as well as the conditions for using the Infinite∞Tools platform (hereinafter: “Website”).

The Infinite∞Tools brand encompasses three interconnected, yet distinct, services:

  • Infinite∞Ad: An AI-based ad management and optimization system.
  • Infinite∞Creator: An AI-based content generation and planning tool.
  • Infinite∞Buzz: An AI-based comment moderation and community management service.

These Terms apply to all legal transactions and services conducted through the https://infinite.tools website and its related websites (e.g., https://infinite.buzz, https://infinite.ad).

2. Acceptance and Modification of the Terms

2.1. By registering on the Website and accepting these Terms, the User declares that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by their contents.

2.2. These Terms constitute an electronically concluded agreement, which the Provider archives in electronic form and which shall be retrievable subsequently.

2.3. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Provider shall inform the User of the modification by posting the changes on the Website and via electronic notification.

3. Description of Services

3.1. Infinite∞Ad: An AI-based ad management system that automates the creation, optimization, and analysis of campaigns running on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.

3.2. Infinite∞Creator: A content creation tool that generates textual and visual elements for social media and digital advertising purposes.

3.3. Infinite∞Buzz: A social media comment moderation system that uses natural language processing (NLP) to recognize, categorize, and manage comments.

3.4. A common feature of the services is that they are based on AI technology, require a user account, and operate on a subscription-based model.

4. Díjak, csomagok és próbaidőszak

4.1. The current packages, features, fees, and trial periods for the individual services (Infinite∞Ad, Infinite∞Creator, Infinite∞Buzz) are always valid according to the information published on the Website.

4.2. The precise pricing for the services and the details of the trial periods are located on the following pages:

4.3. The Provider reserves the right to modify the packages, prices, and trial periods. Such modifications shall become effective upon prior publication on the Website.

5. Registration and Account Use

5.1. To use the Services, the User must register on the Website. During registration, the User must provide accurate and true data.

5.2. Following registration, the User can manage their subscriptions, invoices, and settings by logging into their account.

5.3. The User may delete their account at any time within the user interface, under the “Account” menu section.

5.4. The user account created upon registration is personal and non-transferable.

6. Subscription, Trial Period, and Cancellation

6.1. The specific terms, duration, and availability of an ingyenes próbaidőszak (Free Trial) for each Service (Infinite∞Ad, Infinite∞Creator, Infinite∞Buzz) are detailed on the Website. The terms published on the Website at the time of registration shall apply.

6.2. During the Free Trial, the User may have access to the full functionality of the Service. It is the User’s sole responsibility to cancel the subscription before the Free Trial ends. If the User does not cancel prior to the expiration of the Free Trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the User will be billed for the subsequent subscription period.

6.3. The subscription can be canceled or modified at any time within the User Account. In the event of cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6.4. No Refunds. All fees paid to the Provider are non-refundable. The Provider does not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused credits, or for payments made due to the User’s failure to cancel a subscription (including a Free Trial) before the automatic renewal date. All sales are final.

7. Use of Service and Limitations

7.1. The User agrees to use the Services lawfully, for their intended purpose, and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

7.2. The Provider is not responsible for any content generated, published, or transmitted to third parties by the User, including any content created by the Infinite∞Creator artificial intelligence.

7.2.1. The Infinite∞Creator service uses AI technology to automatically generate text, images, or other creative content based on inputs provided by the User. The Provider assumes no liability for the legality, accuracy, or compliance of such content with copyright or personality rights. If the User publishes content created by Infinite∞Creator, the full legal and ethical responsibility for that content rests solely with the User. The Provider specifically disclaims all liability for any AI-generated content that:

  • infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or personality rights of any third party;

  • contains false, misleading, hateful, or otherwise unlawful information;

  • violates data privacy regulations, platform policies, or ethical standards;

  • causes reputational damage, financial loss, or legal disputes for the User or any third party.

The User acknowledges that content produced by Infinite∞Creator does not constitute the official position or communication of the Provider.

7.3. The Provider is entitled to limit or suspend the User’s access if their use of the service is unlawful, infringes upon the rights of others, or jeopardizes the security of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The Infinite Tools system, its logo, software, AI models, design, and content are protected by copyright.

8.2. Any use, copying, distribution, or modification of these in any form is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Provider.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

9.1. The Provider strives to ensure the continuous and error-free operation of the platform but does not guarantee 100% availability.

9.2. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of the Services.

9.3. The User is responsible for the content they create or manage (advertisements, posts, comments, etc.), including its legality and substance.

10. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution

The Provider accepts complaints at the following contact address:

The Provider shall investigate and respond to received complaints within 30 days.

If the User is not satisfied with the response, they are entitled to turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board or the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Governing Law and Validity

These Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular the following legislation:

  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
  • Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services
  • Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on Consumer Contracts

12. Final Provisions

These Terms are effective as of October 10, 2025, and shall remain valid until revoked. The Provider is entitled to modify these Terms, and such changes shall take effect upon their publication on the Website.
